One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one nahad88 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal provision shall be construed as references to that provision as amended or re-enacted from time to time. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on nahad88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform.

All eligibility criteria are checked at registration and may be re-verified at any time.

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. nahad88 enforces a strict 18+ policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age (national ID, passport, or birth certificate) at any point and to suspend access pending verification.
Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering contracts — including those under guardianship or legal incapacity — are not eligible.

Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on nahad88. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Any second or subsequent account detected will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Not Self-Excluded: Persons who have activated a self-exclusion on the nahad88 Platform or who have been excluded at their own request are not permitted to register a new account during the exclusion period.
Not a Prohibited User: You confirm that you do not fall within any category of Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.

KYC Verification: nahad88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Providing fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

nahad88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration approval does not constitute a waiver of the right to subsequently verify eligibility.

Account Obligations

Once your nahad88 account is active, you accept the following ongoing obligations. These obligations exist to protect you, other users, and the integrity of the Platform.

Your Responsibilities

Credential Security: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
Unauthorised Access: You must notify nahad88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Accurate Contact Details: You must ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible, as these are used for account security and payment notifications.
Lawful Use Only: You must not use your nahad88 account for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the circumvention of any applicable law or regulation.
No Automated Access: You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets or extracting data.
No Collusion: You must not collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any behaviour that undermines fair play on the Platform.

nahad88's Rights Regarding Accounts

Suspension: nahad88 may suspend your account immediately if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, pending investigation.
Termination: nahad88 may permanently close your account if a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other users.
Balance Adjustment: nahad88 reserves the right to adjust your account balance to correct any errors arising from technical faults, erroneous odds, or incorrect game pay-outs identified within a reasonable time of the error occurring.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have shown no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. nahad88 will provide notice before applying any dormancy-related administration fee. Dormant account fees, where applied, will not reduce the balance below zero.
Account Closure by You: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard security checks.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nahad88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nahad88 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposit Rules

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. nahad88 does not accept deposits below this threshold.
Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your name, is strictly prohibited.
Deposit Processing Time: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your nahad88 balance within seconds during normal operating hours. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
Declined Deposits: nahad88 may decline a deposit if our fraud prevention systems identify the transaction as suspicious. In such cases, you will be notified and advised to contact support.
No Interest: nahad88 does not pay interest on funds held in your account balance, regardless of the duration for which those funds are held.

Withdrawal Rules

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Verified Method Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. nahad88 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts.
KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Pending KYC documents will delay the withdrawal until verification is complete.
Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Wagering Before Withdrawal: Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. Real-money balances deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): nahad88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Transactions that display patterns consistent with money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made without a genuine intention to wager on games or sports may be returned, minus any processing fees incurred.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be met within the specified validity period. Actions including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (arbitrage), or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Maximum Bet: While a bonus balance is active on your account, you may not place a single bet exceeding ৳500 (or as otherwise specified in the promotion terms). Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
Withdrawal Cap: Some promotions carry a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus winnings. This cap will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions.
nahad88's Discretion: nahad88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a user has already deposited in reliance on that promotion, nahad88 will honour reasonable commitments on a case-by-case basis.
Seasonal Promotions: nahad88 may run special promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. Specific terms for these promotions are published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the nahad88 Platform. These rules exist to ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent experience for all users.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on nahad88 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports — are subject to the nahad88 Sports Betting Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms. Bets are accepted at nahad88's absolute discretion. nahad88 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets, or decline any bet without providing a reason.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked. nahad88 is not responsible for delays in transmission that may cause a bet to be placed at an unintended market state. nahad88 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material error in the displayed odds is identified.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided by nahad88 in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, manifest errors in the published odds, match-fixing suspicions relating to the relevant event, or technical failures that materially affect the integrity of the market.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss: nahad88 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if nahad88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in a game round being incorrectly settled, nahad88 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct the error. Where correction is not possible, nahad88 may void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to your account balance.
Force Majeure: nahad88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event. nahad88 will notify users of Force Majeure circumstances as soon as reasonably practicable.
Third-Party Content: Certain game content, odds data, and streaming services on the nahad88 Platform are provided by independent third-party suppliers. nahad88 is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions originating from third-party systems.
Maximum Liability Cap: Where nahad88 is found to be liable to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform, nahad88's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
